RNA Drawing

We developed two new visualizations for RNA secondary structures.

• The RNApuzzler algorithm integrated into the ViennaRNA package generates (outer-)planar graph drawings for all RNA secondary structure predictions.
• iDotter is an interactive dot plot viewer visualizing RNA secondary strcture predictions as a web service. Several interaction techniques support analysts exploring RNA secondary structure dot plots. It can be accessed here.
