Integration of large data volumes generated by biological experiments, such as microarrays, tiling, SNP arrays

Approaches for matching large life science ontologies

Match algorithms: metadata-based, instance-based, hybrid approaches
Evolution of ontologies and existings annotation and generated ontology mappings
