Research on Topic Maps Technologies
Welcome! My name is Lutz Maicher, I'am a researcher and lecturer at University of Leipzig and I'm working on moving Topic Maps to mainstream . In the figure below, I sketched my vision of the Future of Topic Mapping, I'm convinced the community is working on. We have the technology for making this vision real, we have to advance, plug and deploy all we have in a scaling way.
I'm interested to bring the Topic Maps research community closer together. Please have a look at our pages related to the Topic Map research community. You are invited to contribute your remarks!
After the success of TMRA 2005, TMRA 2006 and TMRA 2007 I'm proud to announce TMRA 2008 - Subject-centric Computing - to be held in Leipzig in October 2008. We will meet at the sessions!
